The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when the accounting process is carried out in the online store, knowing that shipping prices may change from time to time.
The order is usually shipped within 2 to 7 working days and it depends on the quantities and the nature of the products that the customer ordered,
The customer will be notified via e-mail about the status of the order as soon as it is updated, and the order will be updated with the tracking number for the shipment once the order is delivered to the carrier, where the status of the order will then be changed to (completed) “Please make sure that our emails do not reach the junk mail folder in your email.”
The responsibility of tracking the order with the carrier lies with the customer. Once the order is completed by us, the customer can track the status of the order via the carrier’s website or communicate with the customer service of the carrier.

Shipping fees are not refundable if the customer's shipment is returned to us due to an error in the address or because the customer did not receive the shipment within the period allowed by the carrier, the amount of the order will be returned to the customer minus the shipping fees, and if the customer requests to send the shipment back to him He must pay the shipping fee again.
The products that were ordered through our online store can be returned within 7 days from the date of the customer receiving the shipment “according to the bill of lading” with the need to attach the original invoice and all documents attached to the request. The returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition as most Our products are related to public health and human safety, so any product of this type that has been opened or used cannot be returned. We advise customers to request a paid or free sample before going ahead and ordering the actual product “Samples are subject to availability.”
The processing period for the return request takes place within 7 working days from the date we receive the shipment, and the amounts paid by the customer will be returned in addition to the national value-added tax, minus the original shipping and handling fees, if any. Refundable, an email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of the return request to the customer if the returned shipment is received.
